GT Biopharma, Inc., a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing next-generation therapeutics using its proprietary TriKE® natural killer (NK) cell engager platform, has announced the appointment of Hilary Kramer to its Board of Directors. She will be replacing Bruce Wendel, who has stepped down from his position on the board. Hilary Kramer brings a wealth of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, and corporate governance.
She is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of GreenTech Research, the first U.S.-based sustainable investment fund and a publisher of equity research and global market forecasts. In her current role, she leads portfolio strategy, positioning, hedging, and fund allocation. Over the years, Mrs. Kramer has served on the boards of several publicly listed companies, including RSL Communications Ltd., Deltathree Inc., El Sitio Inc., and INX Digital. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as an advisory board member to DirecTV International and Ibero-American Media Partners.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Kramer held the role of Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for a $12 billion family office portfolio. There, she was responsible for developing investment strategies, overseeing equity and fixed-income portfolios, and managing private equity investments. She has also worked as a consultant for organizations such as Freddie Mac and Montgomery Asset Management and provided guidance to family offices.
Her professional background also includes experience in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, along with brand management at General Mills. Mrs. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Wellesley College and earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
