Alvotech Appoints DNB Carnegie As Liquidity Provider For SDRs On Nasdaq Stockholm
Alvotech appoints DNB Carnegie as liquidity provider for its SDRs on Nasdaq Stockholm to enhance trading stability.

Alvotech has announced an agreement with DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB to act as a liquidity provider for the company's Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), which trade on Nasdaq Stockholm. This arrangement is designed to support trading activity and improve market liquidity for Alvotech's SDRs, which represent equity shares in the company.
DNB Carnegie will always give buy and sell quotes for Alvotech’s SDRs, as required by Nasdaq Stockholm’s rules for liquidity providers. As a result, investors are expected to have more confidence in the company’s SDRs trading environment, and there should be less fluctuation in prices. DNB Carnegie’s liquidity provision will begin on May 20, 2025.
