BiomatiQ Group Inaugurated World-Class Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad on 16th April 2025

Hyderabad, India – April 16, 2025 – BiomatiQ Group is proud to announce the inauguration of its state-of-the-art fully automated manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, a significant milestone in the Group’s mission to build a self-reliant and innovation-led life science business eco-system in India.

The facility was inaugurated on 16th April 2025 in the presence of distinguished guests, partners, and industry stakeholders. The grand ceremony featured a ribbon-cutting by Sri K.V.G.K. Raju, an esteemed figure, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the diya by Sri K.V.G.K. Raju, Mr. Pavan Kumar, Mr. Natarajan, Mr. Jean-Francois Jochim (Biokar Diagnostics), Mr. Rakesh Aggarwal, and Mr. Omkaranath B. This new unit reinforces BiomatiQ’s commitment to the Make in India initiative by offering locally manufactured, globally benchmarked products for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food testing, and research sectors.

Strategically designed to support high standards of quality, compliance, and scalability, the new facility will focus on the manufacturing of:

1. Ready-to-Use (RTU) microbiological media plates

2. Laboratory essential products tailored for regulated environments

1. Fully automated Grade A aseptic filling line for high-precision, contamination-free RTU media

2. GMP-compliant manufacturing zones with ISO-certified operations

3. In-house microbiology and quality control laboratories, designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

4. Scalable and sustainable production infrastructure with a focus on data-driven operations and minimal human intervention

5. The production process includes automated plate loading, gamma label application, triple wrapping, batch incubation, and 100% visual inspection, ensuring consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.
