GC MS has inked an export contract with Hong Kong-based Firstlink Healthcare Asia Limited for its Gcare Lipid product, a diagnostic device that measures cholesterol, blood glucose, and uric acid. The agreement includes the export of Gcare Lipid analyzers, measurement strips for these biomarkers, and printers for result outputs.

GC MS anticipates that this contract will bring in around 4 billion won (approximately $2.9 million) in revenue over the next three years. Firstlink Healthcare Asia, a subsidiary of the prominent Hong Kong pharmaceutical distributor Jacobson Pharma Corp., will handle the distribution. Jacobson Pharma, which commands 40% of Hong Kong's pharmaceutical market, operates a global network across 15 countries and reported a total revenue of 450 billion won in 2023. GC MS official said in a statement, "We plan to solidify our presence in the Greater China region and expand our market share in the diagnostic device sector.”
