Telix Pharmaceuticals has successfully completed its acquisition of RLS (USA) Inc., the only Joint Commission-accredited radiopharmacy network in the United States. This strategic move significantly enhances Telix's U.S. presence, adding over 30 radiopharmacies to its network and bringing in a team of skilled radiopharmaceutical professionals.
The acquisition aligns with Telix's strategy to create an integrated radiopharmaceutical ecosystem, improving its capacity to deliver innovative therapeutic and diagnostic solutions to patients. The RLS infrastructure, encompassing over 100,000 square feet of licensed expansion space, offers opportunities to develop a next-generation radiometal production network, benefiting Telix, its commercial partners, and patients alike.
