4th Annual GPCRs-Targeted Drug Discovery Summit

The 4th GPCRs-Targeted Drug Discovery Summit is set to convene in Boston, Massachusetts, from May 20 to 22, 2025. This premier event focuses on the latest advancements in G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) research, encompassing novel therapeutic modalities beyond small molecules, such as antibodies, peptides, antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), and degraders. Attendees will explore cutting-edge computational tools for identifying high-potential candidates and effective translational strategies to advance discovery and development pipelines. The summit aims to address mechanistic, pharmacological, and specificity challenges in GPCR-targeted drug discovery, with applications across various indications, including diabetes, obesity, and central nervous system disorders.
