Autonomix Medical has been granted U.S. Patent No. 12,433,670 for technologies designed to sense, map, and selectively target nerves linked to tumors, cancer-related pain, organ function, and other autonomic nervous system disorders. The patent strengthens the company’s intellectual property portfolio as it continues developing precision nerve-targeted therapies using minimally invasive approaches.
The patented technology focuses on catheter-based systems capable of detecting electrophysiological activity in nerves associated with tumors or metastatic cells. By mapping these neural signals, the platform is designed to help physicians identify disease-related nerves and deliver targeted treatment through therapeutic energy or agents while limiting damage to surrounding healthy tissue.
