BrightInsight, Inc., a global leader in digital health platforms for biopharmaceutical companies, has announced the addition of three experienced executives to its Executive Leadership Team. Robert Zdon has joined as Chief Operating Officer, Eric Redline has been appointed Senior Vice President of Market Development and Customer Success, and Leigh Wager has taken on the role of Vice President of Product.
These new appointments come at a time when BrightInsight is experiencing strong growth following successful global launches of its digital solutions, most notably the Patient App developed with Sanofi and Regeneron, as well as the completion of a new round of fundraising. Expanding the leadership team reflects the company’s commitment to bringing in top-tier talent to support its rapid growth and sharpen its strategic focus.
Kal Patel, MD, CEO and Co-Founder of BrightInsight, said that the company has reached an important point in its journey, having demonstrated the ability of its platform to deliver measurable clinical benefits, including significant improvements in treatment adherence and persistence. He noted that the company is now placing increased emphasis on building a strong leadership foundation, and that Robert, Eric, and Leigh each bring valuable experience that will be central to scaling operations and continuing to shape the digital health infrastructure for major biopharma companies worldwide.
In their new roles, each executive will contribute unique expertise. Robert Zdon brings deep experience in scaling healthcare technology organizations, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ABOUT Healthcare, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and expansion. At BrightInsight, he will oversee global operations and ensure the company’s internal systems evolve in line with its rapid market growth.
Eric Redline, who has over two decades of experience in healthcare, digital transformation, and customer success, previously served as Executive Vice President of Product Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Success at Swoop. He will focus on accelerating adoption of the BrightInsight Platform and supporting customers in maximizing the value and clinical impact of its AI-enabled solutions.
Leigh Wager, a seasoned product leader known for scaling complex SaaS portfolios, previously served as Vice President of Product Management at Ensora Health, where she helped transform a large digital health and EHR portfolio into a unified, customer-centered platform. At BrightInsight, her focus will be on product strategy, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and ensuring long-term scalability of the platform.
These leadership appointments come as BrightInsight continues to expand and strengthen its platform by integrating advanced artificial intelligence and enhancing product capabilities. With an expanded leadership team and a strong financial foundation, the company is well-positioned to help its biopharma partners move toward more proactive, data-driven patient support models that improve outcomes across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
