CARBIOS (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCRB) has announced a significant leadership transition, with Philippe Pouletty stepping down as Chairman, Director, and interim CEO. Pouletty had taken on the CEO role on a transitional basis in December 2024, and his resignation was formally acknowledged by the Board of Directors on March 21, 2025. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions to CARBIOS’ growth and development in the field of biological recycling technologies.

Kamel will focus on advancing CARBIOS’ strategic objectives, including securing additional financing to support the construction of its PET biorecycling plant in Longlaville. The company remains committed to pioneering sustainable solutions to revolutionize the plastic and textile industries through its innovative biorecycling technology.
