Cato Healthcare Supply Appoints Ryan F. Zackon As President And Chief Executive Officer

Cato Healthcare Supply, a company specialising in healthcare supply chain and procurement solutions for healthcare systems across the United States, has announced the appointment of Ryan F. Zackon as its President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to leading the company, Mr. Zackon has also been elected to Cato Healthcare Supply's Board of Directors, where he will help shape the organisation's long-term strategic direction.

Mr. Zackon is an internationally recognised business leader with extensive experience in supply chain management, consumer health, medical devices, manufacturing, distribution and operational transformation. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led business growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, corporate turnarounds and strategic transformation programmes across founder-led, private equity-backed, publicly listed and family-owned organisations.

Before joining Cato Healthcare Supply, Mr. Zackon served as Chief Executive Officer of Nano Hearing Technologies. During his tenure, he led a major business transformation, improving the company's financial performance by moving it from significant operating losses to positive EBITDA. He also strengthened operational efficiency, expanded international supply chain capabilities and accelerated revenue growth through multiple sales channels.

Beyond his executive leadership roles, Mr. Zackon has held senior positions in organisations ranging from emerging growth companies to businesses generating hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue. He also serves as a guest lecturer at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, where he shares insights on leadership, geopolitical challenges and their impact on global supply chains.
