ClinNEXUS Appoints John Stamatopoulos As Chief Growth Officer To Drive Strategic Expansion

ClinNEXUS, a data-driven healthcare company focused on improving care coordination through the integration of clinical, social, and behavioral support, has appointed John Stamatopoulos as its new Chief Growth Officer. The newly created leadership role is designed to accelerate partnership development, support market expansion, and strengthen the company's long-term growth strategy as it continues to scale its healthcare services.

In his new role, Stamatopoulos will lead ClinNEXUS' growth and partnership initiatives, overseeing the expansion of the company's AI-powered ClinxOS™ platform and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program. His primary focus will be on extending these solutions across Medi-Cal health plans, community health centers, and specialty care providers throughout California to improve care coordination and patient outcomes.

ClinNEXUS Chief Executive Officer Dr. Gregory Carroll said the appointment comes at an important stage in the company's growth. He noted that Stamatopoulos brings extensive experience in healthcare strategy, Medicaid, and payer relationships, which will support ClinNEXUS as it expands beyond community care centers into specialty care organizations. Carroll added that his leadership will help the company build new strategic partnerships while maintaining a disciplined approach to growth.

Before joining ClinNEXUS, Stamatopoulos served as Chief Revenue Officer at Brook Health, where he helped expand AI-enabled remote care solutions for patients with chronic conditions. Earlier, he was Global Chief Revenue Officer at Koa Health, a digital mental health company providing virtual care and digital therapeutic programs for healthcare providers, employers, and health plans. He also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Northeastern University and has held several executive leadership positions focused on commercial operations, sales, and payer strategy.

Commenting on his appointment, Stamatopoulos said he is excited to join ClinNEXUS at a time when the company has significant opportunities to expand its member base while advancing its AI-driven healthcare platform. He said his career has been dedicated to improving healthcare access, patient outcomes, and health equity, particularly for underserved communities. In addition to his professional work, he serves on several Boston-area and national boards, including organizations focused on city planning, school development, housing leadership, and children's health.

Stamatopoulos holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management of Information Systems from Northeastern University. He has also completed multiple postgraduate executive education programs in healthcare and business, bringing a combination of commercial leadership and healthcare industry expertise to ClinNEXUS as the company continues its expansion.
