New Alliance: Colorcon Partners With LOTTE To Expand Pharma Solutions

Colorcon, a key provider of film coatings, excipients, controlled release formulations, and specialized packaging for healthcare, has announced an exclusive partnership with LOTTE Fine Chemical, a leader in specialty chemicals. Through this partnership, Colorcon will exclusively represent LOTTE’s AnyCoat-C Hypromellose polymers, which are used for solution/suspension, controlled release, and immediate release drug formulations, as well as AnyCoat-P Hypromellose Phthalate polymers, designed for enteric coating to ensure drug delivery to the intestines.

This collaboration enhances their combined capabilities to deliver added value to customers across the global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets, with the partnership set to commence on November 1, 2024.
