As Cosette Pharmaceuticals extends its portfolio into complex and sterile dosage forms, the Bridgewater, N.J.-based specialty pharma company has appointed Andrew Adams as Vice President, Supply Chain & Sourcing, a hire that signals a deliberate effort to build supply chain infrastructure capable of supporting higher-complexity manufacturing and launch readiness demands.

Adams brings more than 15 years of end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain experience spanning branded, generic, biologic, and sterile portfolios. His remit at Cosette covers supply planning, external manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and new product launch readiness across the company's expanding product portfolio, functions that carry direct GMP compliance implications as portfolio complexity increases.

Most recently, Adams served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Sourcing at Par Health, where he led supply chain integration activities tied to the Endo/Mallinckrodt merger and Par Health spin-off. In that role, he established global network governance and executive KPI reporting frameworks, and deployed an integrated business planning process that improved forecast accuracy, reduced inventory levels, and enhanced service levels, operational outcomes directly relevant to plant heads managing external manufacturing networks.

For QA directors and procurement leads, the supplier governance dimension of Adams's background is the sharper read.
