Cue Biopharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing biologics designed to selectively engage and modulate disease-specific T cells for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, has announced a leadership update. Ms. Warren brings more than 30 years of global experience across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. “The combination of Lucinda’s financial and business acumen, together with her extensive background, makes the CFBO a key strategic partner in helping drive business growth and Company success, particularly as we aim to move CUE-401, our lead autoimmune asset, toward the clinic,” said Usman Azam, M.D., president and chief executive officer of Cue Biopharma.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Janssen Cilag Australia and Janssen Biologics, overseeing business units and managing global transitions. Throughout her tenure, she played a key role in executing strategic transactions, optimising organisational resources, and building high-performing teams.
Ms. Warren added, “I am honoured to serve Cue Biopharma in this capacity, and I look forward to continuing to support the Company’s corporate priorities and to be a part of this dedicated team.”
In addition to her corporate roles, Ms. Warren currently serves as Chairman of the Board of International School Services, where she contributes expertise in finance and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in neurology from the University of Alberta.
