Cormica, a leading provider of analytical chemistry, microbiology, and physical testing services for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination product industries, has announced the appointment of Dr. Kishore Hotha as General Manager of TPM Laboratories. Dr. Hotha brings two decades of international experience in analytical sciences, operational leadership, and regulatory strategy, having worked in the United States, United Kingdom, India, and China.
He has a strong track record of transforming regional testing facilities into globally compliant and commercially scalable analytical platforms within both contract research organization (CRO) and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) environments. His expertise covers both small and large molecules, with a particular focus on Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) sections for regulatory submissions.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Hotha has contributed to more than 100 regulatory submissions, including Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, New Drug Applications (NDAs), and Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs), and has successfully guided organizations through multiple U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) audits. He is also a prolific scientific author, with over 100 publications to his name, and is widely recognized for his work in analytical development, regulatory strategy, and laboratory operations.
In his new role, Dr. Hotha will lead the operations at TPM Laboratories, leveraging his global experience to deliver consistent, high-quality testing and regulatory support to clients worldwide, while driving scientific excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering operational growth.
