Frédéric Robert Joins EUROAPI As Chief Commercial Officer, Will Lead API Solutions And CDMO Operations

EUROAPI, a leading European company in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and a provider of contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services, has announced the appointment of Frédéric Robert as Chief Commercial Officer. This is a newly created role within the company, and Robert will also become a member of EUROAPI’s Executive Committee. His appointment is a key part of the company’s FOCUS-27 transformation plan, which aims to strengthen its position in the global pharmaceutical market by driving growth and operational excellence across its API and CDMO segments.

In his new role, Frédéric Robert will be responsible for overseeing both the API Solutions and CDMO business lines. His main focus will be on building commercial and organizational synergies between the two areas to support EUROAPI’s strategic objectives. He will play a critical role in executing the company’s FOCUS-27 sales plan, developing a unified global sales strategy, and enhancing the company’s approach to customer engagement. His responsibilities also include expanding EUROAPI’s presence in key strategic markets, strengthening relationships with priority clients, and delivering high-value integrated solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Frédéric Robert brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held senior leadership roles at companies such as NAOS Bioderma and Fareva. Most recently, he served as Vice President of EMEA Sales and Customer Development at Aptar. Over the course of his career, he has led operations across Europe and North America, gaining a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain from API production to CDMO and contract manufacturing services. His broad expertise and leadership background are expected to contribute significantly to EUROAPI’s commercial development and long-term growth.
