Exubrion Therapeutics®, the company behind Synovetin OA®, has announced the promotion of Gregory Taglialatela, MBA, to the position of Chief Commercial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. The appointment reflects the Company's continued focus on expanding the commercial reach of its innovative treatment for canine osteoarthritis and supporting its long-term growth strategy.
In his new role, Taglialatela will oversee Exubrion's commercial operations and lead the Company's overall commercial strategy. His responsibilities include managing national sales, key account management, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. He will also focus on expanding access to Synovetin OA through veterinary treatment centers, strengthening relationships with customers and industry partners, and supporting the Company's growth in both domestic and international markets.
Synovetin OA is an injectable, localized treatment developed for dogs suffering from osteoarthritis. The therapy is designed to target inflammation within the affected joint and can provide pain relief for up to one year following a single treatment, offering veterinarians and pet owners a long-lasting treatment option for managing the condition.
Taglialatela brings more than 15 years of experience in the animal health industry, with expertise in commercial leadership, strategic account development, and partnership management. Since joining Exubrion Therapeutics in 2022, he has held several key leadership positions, including Sales Manager, Regional Business Development Manager, and most recently, National Account Director. During his time with the Company, he has contributed to strengthening customer relationships, supporting commercial growth, and expanding the market presence of Synovetin OA.
Laurie McRay, Executive Chair of Exubrion Therapeutics, said Taglialatela has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for dogs affected by osteoarthritis. She added that his in-depth knowledge of the Company's business, established industry relationships, and proven ability to execute commercial strategies make him well suited to lead Exubrion's next stage of growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Taglialatela said he is honored to assume the role at an important time in the Company's development. He noted that he has witnessed the positive impact Synovetin OA has had on dogs living with osteoarthritis as well as the veterinary professionals who provide their care. He added that he looks forward to working closely with customers, veterinary treatment-center partners, and the leadership team to expand access to the therapy and help more dogs return to active and comfortable lives.
Taglialatela holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and has also earned a professional certification from the University of Pennsylvania. As Chief Commercial Officer, he is expected to play a key role in advancing Exubrion Therapeutics' commercial strategy while supporting broader adoption of Synovetin OA in veterinary practices across existing and new markets.
