Immatics Appoints Amie Krause As Chief People Officer To Lead HR Strategy And Organizational Growth Amid Transition To Commercial Stage

Immatics N.V., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company and a global leader in precision targeting of PRAME, has announced the appointment of Amie Krause as Chief People Officer, effective October 27, 2025. In this newly established role, she will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, organizational development, and operations as Immatics transitions from a clinical to a commercial-stage enterprise.

Amie Krause brings more than two decades of experience in shaping company culture, driving organizational growth, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives across global biopharmaceutical companies. Her expertise will play a key role in supporting Immatics’ next phase of growth as it prepares to commercialize its lead PRAME cell therapy candidate, anzu-cel, and continues advancing its pipeline of PRAME-targeted product candidates.

Before joining Immatics, Amie Krause served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Dompé, where she led global HR initiatives and supported organizational expansion. She previously held Chief People Officer roles at Revance Therapeutics and Atara Biotherapeutics, a cell therapy company focused on transformative treatments. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Amgen, where she held multiple senior HR positions and led global initiatives across commercial operations in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Amie Krause is also dedicated to education and mentorship. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at California Lutheran University’s School of Management and as a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California and the University of Alabama. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Lutheran University.
