Intelligent Bio Solutions Expands Global Reach With SMARTOX Deal To Launch SmarTest Patch Drug Testing Solution

Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. (INBS), a company specializing in non-invasive testing technologies, has entered into a global distribution agreement with Texas-based SMARTOX®. The deal enables INBS to introduce its SmarTest Patch drug detection product to markets outside the U.S. and Canada. SMARTOX already distributes INBS’s fingerprint drug testing solution in the U.S. forensic sector, and this latest collaboration extends their partnership to new international frontiers.

The SmarTest Patch complements the existing rapid detection systems supplied by INBS to provide a long-term, continuous solution using sweat-based drug monitoring. This development represents a new era in the justice and rehabilitation industry across the world, more so because the global market for drug testing is poised to reach $18.6 billion by 2030. The deal also fits with the internationalization strategy of INBS and introduces a new source of revenue into its business.
