Invivyd Strengthens Leadership With Appointment Of Paul B. Bolno, M.D. To Board Of Directors

Invivyd, Inc. announced the appointment of Paul B. Bolno, M.D., to its Board of Directors, where he will also serve as a member of the Compensation Committee. Dr. Bolno is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wave Life Sciences, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, a position he has held since 2013. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive experience in applying technological platforms to develop innovative products and medicines. 


Alongside his leadership at Wave Life Sciences, he also serves on the Board of Directors of ExpressionEdits and holds the role of Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Group for the Nucleic Acid Therapy Accelerator. His background in advancing biotechnology through both strategic and scientific expertise is expected to bring valuable insights to Invivyd’s leadership team.
