Neuronetics Appoints Nir Naor As Chief Financial Officer To Strengthen Growth Strategy

Neuronetics, Inc., a company specializing in interventional mental health treatments through its NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technology and Greenbrook network of psychiatry clinics, has announced the appointment of Nir Naor as its new Chief Financial Officer. His appointment will become effective on July 23, 2026, and is expected to support the company's long-term growth strategy as it continues expanding access to its mental health therapies across the United States.

Naor brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and the life sciences industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Axogen, where he helped the company achieve profitability and positive cash flow within a year while contributing to a significant increase in its market value. Before that, he held CFO positions at Arbor Pharmaceuticals and the U.S./Americas division of Mölnlycke, where he led major financial initiatives, including the sale of Arbor Pharmaceuticals to Azurity Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at UCB and AstraZeneca, following experience as an investment banker, KPMG auditor, and commercial lawyer. He is also a CFA charterholder and has served as a board member and advisor to several emerging life sciences companies.

Welcoming Naor to the company, President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Reuvers said his extensive financial leadership, disciplined approach to capital allocation, and proven ability to deliver profitable growth make him the right person to support Neuronetics' next stage of development. Naor said he sees significant opportunities ahead for the company and plans to work closely with the leadership team to strengthen the balance sheet, improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and generate long-term value for shareholders while supporting broader access to innovative mental health treatments.

As part of his employment package, Naor will receive an inducement grant of 500,000 restricted stock units under the company's 2020 Inducement Incentive Plan. The shares will vest in four equal installments on the first, second, third, and fourth anniversaries of his employment, subject to his continued service with the company. The grant was approved by the Compensation Committee of Neuronetics' Board of Directors in accordance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) as an incentive for joining the company.

Neuronetics also confirmed that Cory Anderson has been promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager of Greenbrook, effective July 1, 2026. The promotion reflects the continued growth of the Greenbrook business and his expanding leadership responsibilities. Anderson has been with Neuronetics for more than five years and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He previously led the company's research and clinical operations and brings more than two decades of experience in the medical technology industry, including leadership positions at Sebacia, The Innovation Factory, and Accuitive Medical Ventures. Reuvers said Anderson's expertise in interventional psychiatry and strong operational leadership make him well suited to lead the continued expansion of the company's clinic network and patient care initiatives.

In addition to these leadership changes, Neuronetics announced that Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary Andrew Macan will step down from his role effective August 15, 2026. Reuvers thanked Macan for his many years of service and contributions to the company, particularly during the leadership transition, and wished him success in his future endeavors. The leadership updates reflect Neuronetics' ongoing efforts to strengthen its executive team as it continues to expand its presence in the interventional mental health market.
