Novo Nordisk Reshapes Executive Team Amid Leadership Transition

Novo Nordisk has announced key leadership changes following the departure of Camilla Sylvest, who leaves after an impactful 28-year career, including seven years as EVP of Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs. The company has reshaped its executive structure to ensure continued innovation and strategic alignment. Ludovic Helfgott, EVP of Rare Disease, will now oversee Product & Portfolio Strategy, while Thilde Hummel Bøgebjerg steps into the role of EVP for Quality, IT & Environmental Affairs. Tania Sabroe, EVP of People & Organisation, expands her responsibilities to include Global Communication.

These shifts reflect Novo Nordisk’s commitment to strengthening its leadership in the pharmaceutical sector.
