Pluri's Cellav Secures UK Regulatory Registration For Regenativo+ Ahead Of Commercial Launch

Pluri Inc. has announced that its consumer health and aesthetics subsidiary, Cellav Health and Aesthetics Ltd., has completed the cosmetic regulatory registration and notification process in the United Kingdom. The approval clears the way for the commercial launch of Regenativo+, the company's regenerative aesthetics product, and marks another important step in Pluri's global commercial expansion strategy. The registration also allows Cellav to officially market the product in the UK, one of Europe's fastest-growing medical aesthetics markets.

The UK regulatory registration follows Cellav's recent regulatory progress in the United States and strengthens the company's international presence in the regenerative aesthetics and longevity sectors. According to the company, the UK medical aesthetics market is expected to be worth around $900 million in 2026, while the broader European market exceeded $7.5 billion in 2025. Pluri believes this milestone will help expand access to its science-driven regenerative products as demand continues to grow for advanced aesthetic treatments.

Regenativo+ has been successfully registered through the UK Cosmetic Product Notification (UKCP) portal. The product is a plant-derived treatment developed for professional aesthetic use and is based on Cellav's regenerative science platform. It combines advanced bioactive ingredients with formulations developed using Pluri's expertise in cell biology and scalable cell manufacturing technologies, offering aesthetic professionals an innovative solution in regenerative skincare.

The launch of Regenativo+ forms part of Pluri's broader strategy to expand beyond traditional therapeutic applications and create new commercial opportunities through its proprietary 3D cell-expansion technology. By leveraging more than two decades of experience in developing cell-derived products, the company aims to strengthen its position in regenerative aesthetics, longevity, wellness, and other emerging healthcare markets.

Commenting on the achievement, Yaky Yanay, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pluri, said completing the UK regulatory registration represents another important commercial milestone for Cellav and further validates the company's strategy of transforming years of regenerative science into market-ready products. He added that, following recent regulatory achievements in the United States, Pluri continues to build a strong global commercial business focused on regenerative aesthetics, longevity, and wellness.

Katty Dowery, Chief Executive Officer of Cellav, said the company is actively engaging with aesthetic clinics, distributors, and strategic partners across the UK while also pursuing additional regulatory approvals and commercial opportunities in other international markets. She added that Cellav's long-term objective is to make evidence-based regenerative technologies more widely available to both aesthetic professionals and consumers seeking innovative, science-backed treatment options.
