SPI Pharma Unveils New Brand Identity and Formulation Focus
SPI Pharma unveils new brand identity and tagline, reinforcing its focus on formulation innovation ahead of CPHI Worldwide 2026.

SPI Pharma has introduced a new brand identity reflecting the company’s evolution and its focus on helping pharmaceutical and nutraceutical customers address complex formulation challenges. The refreshed identity includes a new visual system, updated brand voice, and the tagline “Let’s solve it together.”
The new branding highlights SPI Pharma’s role as a technical and innovation partner, connecting its formulation expertise with the goal of improving patient outcomes. The company’s portfolio includes functional excipients, drug delivery technologies, vaccine adjuvants, antacid actives, and taste-masking solutions, supported by development capabilities from early concept through commercialization.
Freek Snieders, CEO of SPI Pharma, said: "This is more than a new look for SPI Pharma. It represents the next chapter in our evolution as a company and reflects our ambition for the future. As our customers navigate increasingly complex formulation challenges, we are focused on being more than a supplier. We aspire to be a trusted partner, bringing together scientific expertise, innovative solutions, and deep collaboration to help customers develop better products and improve the lives of patients around the world. Our new brand captures the energy, confidence, and forward momentum of SPI Pharma as we continue to grow alongside our customers."
Headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, SPI Pharma operates manufacturing, R&D, and commercial teams globally and is part of ABF Ingredients, a division of Associated British Foods plc. The company has supported pharmaceutical and nutraceutical customers for more than 75 years, helping develop differentiated products and patient-friendly dosage forms.
SPI Pharma will formally introduce the new brand at CPHI Worldwide in Milan from October 6–8, where it will engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. The updated identity will roll out across digital channels, customer communications, and industry events, while product performance, quality systems, specifications, and regulatory documentation remain unchanged.
