STRATA Skin Sciences Appoints Erica Jordan As New CEO To Lead Next Phase Of Growth

STRATA Skin Sciences, Inc., a global company specialising in excimer laser therapy for dermatological conditions, has appointed Erica Jordan as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 12, 2026. The appointment marks a new leadership chapter for the company as it focuses on expanding its commercial presence and increasing patient access to its skin treatment technologies.

Announcing the appointment, STRATA Chairperson Dr. Uri Geiger said Erica Jordan brings extensive experience in growing and transforming commercial organisations. He expressed confidence that her leadership will help the company convert its expanded CPT code coverage into stronger commercial success. Dr. Geiger also thanked outgoing CEO Dr. Dolev Rafaeli for his years of service and for laying a strong foundation for the company's future growth.

Jordan is an experienced commercial executive with a strong track record of helping healthcare organisations increase revenue, expand into new markets, strengthen sales operations, and successfully launch innovative products and services. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with healthcare providers to improve patient care while building efficient business practices. She is also recognised for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and align business strategies with long-term corporate goals.

Speaking about her new role, Jordan said STRATA already possesses many of the strengths that healthcare companies spend years developing, including proven clinical outcomes, established reimbursement pathways, and a commercial partnership model that removes the upfront capital investment required by dermatology practices. She added that her primary focus will be on expanding the company's commercial organisation so that more dermatology clinics can offer STRATA's therapies, ultimately improving access for eligible patients.

Before joining STRATA, Jordan served as Chief Commercial Officer at Revance Therapeutics, where she led several key business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, corporate communications, investor relations, business strategy, and commercial excellence across domestic and international markets. Earlier in her career, she was President of Metrex at Envista Holdings and also held senior leadership positions at Change Healthcare (now part of Optum), Philips Healthcare, Fujifilm Medical, Siemens Medical Solutions, and GE Healthcare.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. With decades of leadership experience across the healthcare and medical technology sectors, her appointment is expected to strengthen STRATA Skin Sciences' commercial strategy, support business growth, and expand access to innovative dermatology treatments for healthcare providers and patients worldwide.
