Roche Announces Dr. Claudia Süssmuth Dyckerhoff Will Not Seek Re-Election To Its Board At 2026 AGM, To Be Nominated For Board Of Another Healthcare Company

Roche announced that Dr. Claudia Süssmuth Dyckerhoff has decided not to stand for re-election as a member of the Roche Board of Directors at the company’s Annual General Meeting in 2026. Instead, she will be nominated for election to the board of another company operating in the healthcare sector.


Dr. Süssmuth Dyckerhoff has been a member of Roche’s Board of Directors since March 2016. During her tenure, she has contributed her expertise and strategic insights, particularly with regard to healthcare industry trends and international market dynamics.


Commenting on her decision, Roche Chairman Severin Schwan expressed gratitude for her service, stating that Claudia’s extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and her strong understanding of global markets, especially in Asia, have been of great value to the company. He further acknowledged her commitment and dedication to Roche over the past decade and extended his best wishes for her future endeavors.
