He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Lausanne and completed postdoctoral research at Yale and the University of Pittsburgh. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles at leading companies, including WuXi, Shanghai ChemPartner, AMRI, Johnson & Johnson, and Novartis.
