Teladoc Health, a global provider of virtual healthcare services, has appointed Mark V. Anquillare to its Board of Directors. Anquillare, the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Verisk Analytics, will also serve on the company's Audit and Compensation Committees, bringing decades of experience in finance, technology, and corporate leadership to the board.

The company said Anquillare's appointment strengthens its leadership as it continues to expand its virtual care platform and invest in data-driven healthcare solutions. Non-Executive Chairman Kenneth H. Paulus said Anquillare's experience leading public companies through periods of growth and transformation, along with his deep understanding of data analytics, technology, and artificial intelligence, will provide valuable insight as Teladoc Health continues to evolve.

Anquillare has more than 30 years of executive and financial leadership experience. He joined Verisk Analytics as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and played a key role in leading the company's initial public offering (IPO) in 2009. He later served as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Verisk's insurance and government-focused businesses as well as several corporate operations.

Beyond his executive career, Anquillare has served on the boards of several technology and financial services companies. He is currently a director at Guidewire Software, where he chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Business Opportunities Committee. He also serves on the boards of RegEd and Bamboo Insurance and previously served as a board member at TruBridge. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Commenting on his appointment, Anquillare said Teladoc Health is well positioned to make healthcare more connected, intelligent, and accessible through technology. He added that he looks forward to working closely with the Board and leadership team to support innovation, strengthen the company's long-term strategy, and create lasting value for patients, customers, and shareholders.

The appointment reflects Teladoc Health's continued focus on enhancing its board with leaders who have expertise in technology, data analytics, finance, and corporate strategy. As the company continues expanding its virtual care services and integrating advanced digital technologies, Anquillare's experience is expected to help guide its next phase of growth and innovation.
