As the Senior President of Operations at Mankind Pharma Ltd., he leads a diverse portfolio encompassing Formulations, API, Petfood, and Agritech—overseeing operations, project management, engineering, EHS, and strategic excellence initiatives. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and executive alumnus of both IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow, Abhay is known for blending manufacturing strategy with innovation-led execution. His leadership has consistently delivered measurable results in operational efficiency, digitization, and cross-functional alignment.

A graduate in pharmacy from BIT Mesra and a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Mr. Srivastava’s journey includes impactful tenures at industry stalwarts such as USV, Alkem, and Sun Pharma.
