Operationalize: Expanded Access Programs Summit West

The inaugural West Coast edition of Operationalize: Expanded Access Programs Summit is taking place July 29–31, 2025, at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. Designed as the only U.S. West Coast forum dedicated to early, expanded, and post-trial access programs (EAPs), the summit brings together senior access, clinical supply, medical affairs, and operations teams. Participants will deepen their understanding of global regulatory nuances, supply chain complexities, patient advocacy, data collection, and streamlined exit strategies through real-world case studies and interactive discussions.

Over three days, attendees will benefit from pre-conference workshops, expert-led sessions, speed networking, and poster presentations.
