Jacobs Welcomes Mary Jackson to Board of Directors Amidst Strategic Business Transformation
Mary Jackson joins Jacobs Board of Directors, bringing extensive leadership and global infrastructure experience.

Mary Jackson has been elected to the Jacobs Board of Directors, starting January 15, 2025, assuming the previously announced separation of Jacobs' Critical Mission Solutions and some of its Divergent Solutions business is closed. This announcement was made today. Retired Vice Admiral Jackson, a 32-year US Navy veteran, has vast experience serving as an adviser on many boards both during and after his time in the service. He has a track record of effective leadership, discipline, and strategic business continuity.
She led complex global operations for shore installations, including infrastructure management and programme governance, budgeting, supply chain management, human capital management, risk management, and execution. She left the U.S. Navy in 2020 as a Vice Admiral, and she has since used her extensive global experience leading multifaceted projects and services for diverse teams to become a preeminent independent director for both public and private companies.

Vice Admiral Jackson is now a member of the boards of Custom Truck One Source, Victory Capital Holdings, a number of private company boards, and the United States Naval Academy Foundation as an independent director. She graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree in physics with a concentration on oceanography and George Washington University with a master's degree in engineering management.
