PCI Pharma Services Expands Operations with New Sustainable Facility at CityNorth Business Campus

PCI Pharma Services has announced a 25-year lease agreement to build a new industrial facility at CityNorth Business Campus in Stamullen, Co. Meath. This facility, strategically located with direct access to the M1 motorway, will provide an additional 82,000 sq ft of production space, complementing PCI's existing 45,000-sq-ft facility. The new plant will emphasize sustainability, aiming for LEED Gold certification, A3 BER, and rainwater harvesting, and is set for completion in Q1 2025.

PCI Pharma Services supports the full drug lifecycle, offering packaging solutions for oral and injectable dosage forms. The new facility will enhance PCI’s capabilities, combining advanced technology and personnel expertise to expedite quality manufacturing for biopharma clients.

CityNorth Business Campus, established in 2006, offers high-quality commercial sites and is conveniently located near the M1 motorway, providing swift access to Dublin and Belfast. The campus hosts various businesses, including Circle K and other commercial entities. McGarrell Reilly, the developer, has secured planning permission for additional units and offers flexible leasing and sale options for future occupiers.
