Ascendis Pharma has taken a major step toward revolutionizing achondroplasia treatment by submitting its New Drug Application (NDA) to the FDA for TransCon CNP (navepegritide). This once-weekly investigational therapy aims to provide continuous exposure of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) to support bone growth and muscle function in children with achondroplasia.
