Renopharma Group Expands Empire With Konapharma Acquisition

Rhenopharma Group has acquired Konapharma AG, a Swiss contract manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry. Now part of the Rhenopharma Group, Konapharma enhances the service offerings alongside packaging company Allpack and Rhenochem. This acquisition bolsters Rhenopharma Group's global presence as a provider of integrated pharmaceutical services. Christoph Staub, the former CEO of Allpack Group AG, will assume operational management of both Allpack and Konapharma.
