Due to low trading volume and the ensuing administrative requirements, a biopharmaceutical company that focusses on the development and commercialisation of novel medications targeting diseases with a high unmet medical need, voluntarily delists its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") from trading on the OTCQB Market. Monday, July 29, 2024 will be the Company's final day of trading on the OTCQB Market.

"POLB" will continue to be Poolbeg's ticker on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Poolbeg's Ordinary Shares will continue to trade on the AIM Market following its delisting from the OTCQB market.
